Terms & Conditions of Sale – Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail.

• Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
• Changes to bookings may be made up to 7 days ahead of the original booking. All changes are at the discretion of Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail and will incur a charge of £3 per booking.
• Please note that in the interests of customers Health and Safety, all events at Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail take place subject to satisfactory and safe weather conditions. We are unable to offer refunds if a the weather deems it unsafe for the visits to continue. Where possible, we will offer an alternative date. 
• If a session of Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail goes ahead, The Landscape Centre accepts no responsibility for tickets which are unable to be used due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, extreme weather conditions or traffic congestion. 
• Tickets are sold subject to Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail’s right to make changes to the advertised activities without notice.
• Every member of a party visiting Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail must be in possession of a valid ticket.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail. 
• All ticket holders are advised that Donegore’s Magical Forest Trail is outdoors and that suitable footwear and clothing should be worn. 

Terms and Conditions of Sale – Vouchers

• The voucher is valid for purchase of goods to the value of the voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged, either in part or in full or replaced if lost or damaged.
• Vouchers have no cash value.
• Vouchers are only valid when signed and dated by the issuing outlet.
• Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
• National Garden Gift Vouchers are redeemable in thousands of locations across the UK.
• Landscape Centre Gift Vouchers are only valid for use at The Landscape Centre, Donegore.
• Customers have 7 days from receipt of vouchers to change their mind. All vouchers should be returned in an undamaged condition to The Landscape Centre, 24 Donegore Hill, Dunadry, Antrim, BT41 2HW. Upon receipt of returned vouchers in a satisfactory condition, the Landscape Centre will refund your account.
• The Landscape Centre does not accept liability for postage incurred in returning vouchers.
